The decision to utilize the VPN for business purposes is solely up to the employee/user and their supervisor. Shands HealthCare shall have absolutely no liability including without limitation, any liability for damage to your personal computer hardware, data, information, materials and/or business resulting from the installation and usage of necessary third party VPN software on a non-Shands owned machine.
