Clinical care providers who cannot logon to the myMedIC portal or who are having trouble with NetAccess should either:

Contact MedIC when you have questions regarding stuff that does not work:

Your browser will not open,
A link to a specific site does not work,
The image area looks weird,
You cannot find something,
You have a suggestion or a complaint,
You want to create a site,
You want to add functionality to a site and you need help,
You want to add, change, delete a web manager, web editor or site administrator.

If you have questions regarding a specific Shands web site and its content, please contact that specific department's web manager. If there is no department contact listed on the web site, you can contact MedIC to request that a contact be created.
